Casa Sanctum is proudly protecting the environment by using only non-toxic, vegan, recyclable, sustainably sourced materials, made in smaller quantities by hand, not machines.
It took Casa Sanctum over a year to develop their candles. Dominika set up the most rigorous standards for her products and to meet them she had to test hundreds of different products to choose the best ones on the market. There are no regulations for candle industry, which means manufacturers can use any toxic ingredients they want, without putting any info or warning on the label. Casa Sanctum carefully checks every ingredient and consciously chooses only those that are perfectly safe, just so you can just relax and enjoy their candles.
Casa Sanctum's products are plant based from sustainable sources, no cancerogenic toxins or reproductive disruptors, zero animal cruelty.

Returns
Casa Sanctum will gladly accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused and with original packaging. All returns must be requested within 7 days from the date item was delivered. You will have 14 days to return the item.
If Casa Sanctum does not receive the return within 14 days we'll be able to issue refund as a store credit.
To request a return email [email protected] Use subject heading CASA SANCTUM RETURN REQUEST. Please include your order number and a reason for the return with the request. You will then be emailed instructions. Only items that are given a return authorization, and arrive in new condition (unopened, unused, and with all packaging intact) will be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to Casa Sanctum. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Casa Sanctum does not accept returns on candle that have been lit, opened or broken unless they are damaged during shipping. If your package was damaged, please keep the original box and email [email protected] to open claim.
